CNC Machining
Using advanced 3‑axis, 4‑axis, and 5‑axis milling and turning centers, Sundar produces complex metal and plastic parts with tolerances as tight as ±0.005mm. From one-off prototypes to production runs of thousands, we machine aluminum, stainless steel, brass, POM, PEEK, and more.
Injection Molding & Tooling
We design and build durable injection molds for prototyping and mass production. With in-house molding machines ranging from 50 to 500 tons, Sundar produces precision plastic components for automotive, medical, consumer goods, and industrial applications. We also support insert molding and overmolding.
Sheet Metal Fabrication
From laser cutting and CNC bending to welding and finishing, Sundar provides custom sheet metal parts for enclosures, chassis, brackets, and frames. We work with mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper — with surface finishing options including powder coating, anodizing, and plating.
Value- added Service
